10 -Year Limited Warranty

Liberty Shores Outdoor Cabinetry (“Liberty Shores,” “we,” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you” or “Purchaser”) that its outdoor cabinetry products (the “Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper maintenance for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

What Is Covered

During the Warranty Period, if any Product proves defective in materials or workmanship due to manufacturing errors (such as structural failures, delamination, or hardware malfunctions directly attributable to manufacturing), Liberty Shores will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at our option, and will be comparable in function and quality.

This warranty applies only to Products used in outdoor residential settings and installed in accordance with Liberty Shores’ installation guidelines.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, discoloration, or weathering due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, salt air, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions common to outdoor use.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, assembly, storage, handling, or maintenance (including failure to follow Liberty Shores' care and cleaning instructions).
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.
  • Damage from acts of nature (e.g., hurricanes, floods, fire), pests, animals, or vandalism.
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect structural integrity or functionality, such as minor scratches, dents, or variations in color/grain (natural variations in materials are inherent and not considered defects).
  • Products used in commercial, rental, or non - residential applications.
  • Hardware or accessories supplied by third - party manufacturers (these are covered solely by the original manufacturer's warranty, if any).
  • Labor costs for removal/reinstallation unless explicitly approved by Liberty Shores.
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to other property.
  • Improper installation of Heat Source shielding.
  • Cabinetry damage from an unprotected fully exposed environment, cabinetry is intended for Lanai settings only

This warranty does not cover changes in appearance over time due to outdoorexposure, which is expected with marine-grade or weather-resistant materials.

How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  • 1. Contact Liberty Shores Outdoor Cabinetry promptly upon discovery of a potential defect, providing proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and photos of the issue.
  • 2. Claims must be submitted in writing via email or mail to our customer service department (contact details available on our website or product documentation).
  • 3. We may require inspection of the Product in its installed location or return of the defective part (at our expense if the claim is valid).

Liberty Shores reserves the right to inspect the Product and determine if the issue qualifies under this warranty.

Transferability and Limitations

This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies solely to Products purchased directly from Liberty Shores or an authorized dealer.

THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LIBERTY SHORES’ LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIBERTY SHORES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Liberty Shores Outdoor Cabinetry reserves the right to modify or discontinue models, materials, or finishes without notice, and replacements may vary slightly in appearance.
